Halfway through the year and 2021 has quickly proved to be a pivotal time for FISPAN — we’re seeing rapid growth like never before. We’re taking on new challenges, introducing new technology, events, and employee initiatives, as well as expanding our team globally, and we want to keep you updated on all there is to know about FISPAN. Let’s take a look back at some of our Q2 highlights when it comes to recruitment and growth.
RECRUITMENT & GROWTH
We had 32 new hires join our team in Q2 — including Business Development Managers, Software Developers, Department Heads, Graphic Designers, and our Summer 2021 Co-Op cohort — making FISPAN a team of 114 people and still growing.

Our company congratulates Kelly Morales as she takes on a new role as the Creative Director of FISPAN. Kelly started her journey with us over two years ago as a Web Developer/UX Designer and has proven to be an integral asset to our team. We can’t wait to see her achievements in her new position as her team starts to grow. As one of our first employees, Arseny Kostenko has been a key player behind the creative solutions FISPAN uses to solve increasingly complex problems. He began his journey at FISPAN as a Software Engineer, but we now welcome him in his new role as our Senior Vice President of Small Business (SMB) Initiatives.
